Terms & Conditions

1. Strictly no meet-up.

2. To ensure customer satisfaction, I will try my very best to verify any information provided by the supplier to provide a complete and accurate information to my customers. However, please note that customers usually have to wait 1-2 weeks for their goods to arrive upon payment. This is because most manufacturers need to have their products strictly test and inspect before shipping. For this reason, we advise our customers to be patient and wait for 2 weeks after the payment.

3. We only provide sales of products here. We do not provide any product reviews, recommendations or technical support unless otherwise stated. However, customers can easily get these support from the official product website, if any. Customers are also encouraged to perform product review and check if the product provides them with the features and the performance they want before placing their order.

4. For cell phones, kindly check if your mobile phone work with the network coverage for your mobile phone service provider. In Singapore context, network of GSM 1800 and 3G 2100 applies. For other countries, please click here.

5. Goods that required minimum cap of more than 1 will be either closed when capping is reached or cancelled due to poor response. For this kind of spree, customers who pre-order their goods online must be willing to wait at least 1 -2.5 months before the cap is reached. If customers who do not wish to wait, single order and direct shipping request can be made through email. Deal is closed only if customer is satisfied with the price. However, no guarantee can be given for single-order request.

6. Customers only need to pay when the capping is reached. Mass email will be send out for payment and customers are required to pay the full sum within 3 days. If no payment is made within 3 days, the order is deemed cancelled. In additional, the seller reverses the right to blacklist any customers who repeatedly pre-order but refuse to pay upon request.

7. In additional, a list of names will be shown online (for capping more than 1) to regard who had made the pre-order, pay or unpaid. This is to provide 100% transparencies to all.

Received Your Item
Once you receive your package, please open and check it to make sure all products are safely arrived. Also, please inspect it right away to make sure it matches the description in the listing. If something is unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately to solve the problem. Most of the time, it is simply a misunderstanding that we will be happy to correct. Do note that for dropship, item will be marked as a "Gift" and declared a much lower value so as to avoid import tax.

Warranty period is 1 year unless otherwise stated.

*For any defective goods received, please inform us asap attached with the picture of defective part (you should include all original items undamaged like 'new condition', thanks). We will incur all the shipping fees and provide you with a 1 to 1 exchange within 7 days (unless otherwise stated) after you have received the goods. However, do note that goods with any obvious cosmetic or physical damage are not allowed for 1 to 1 exchange since inspection is done before shipping. Full refund is only given in the event of stock shortage.

For any product defects after the 7 days 1 to 1 exchange, goods can be send back for repair. However, in this case, customers will need to pay the to and fro delivery charges cap at $50. Any amount more than that will be paid by the seller. Of course, customers can also opt to repair their product at their own expense at any local repair shops or the official product service center. It is important for customers to know that the product purchase is through the direct manufacturer and not the product company. Therefore, we do not hold any duties due to any misunderstanding generated from this.
